One beer follows another

Yet the taste still remains

A longer ride to oblivion

The master’s grip unrestrained.

No balance between family

And alcohol, that is my god

Addiction spurned pursuit

By the vitality of the crowd.

Became a forger of lies

Caught in the mundane

Cycles back around

Explosive collapse remains.
