Sometimes teams can learn more from losses than from wins.

That was the message Lincoln-Way West boys volleyball head coach Jodi Frigo wanted to stress to her team following its first loss on the young season. Bolingbrook traveled to New Lenox and used its athleticism to topple the Warriors 25-14, 25-22 on Thursday, April 20.

However, the loss to Bolingbrook (7-8) allows the team to reflect on how it could get better in the future, Frigo said.
