Lincoln-Way West scored 42 points in the final 25 minutes to turn a what had been a defensive struggle into a blowout victory over Thornridge and move within two games of playoff eligibility.

West senior quarterback Anthony Senerchia threw for 138 yards and three touchdown passes – including two within 56 seconds to Alex Croft – and sophomore running back Caleb Marconi also found the end zone twice as West topped the Falcons, 49-8, in Dolton on Friday, Sept. 15.
