As the Lincoln-Way West girls bowling team headed to the state finals for the second time in its history, there was only one thing in mind: Day two.
The Warriors accomplished their goal as they hung on down the stretch of the opening day of the state tournament to grab the 12th and final second day spot. Once there, they moved up one spot and placed 11th in the state finals, which concluded on Saturday, Feb.
