At Prairie Bluff Golf Course in Lockport, dining options extend far beyond a hot dog under a heat lamp after the ninth hole. PB Mulligans, the restaurant at the Lockport Township Park District-owned course, serves a wide array of American fare to golfers and non-golfers alike. Food and beverage manager Ryan Cronholm wants to make sure everyone knows they are welcome to dine there, whether or not they spend the day on the course.
