For the past 14 years, Frank’s Shrimp & Chicken in Mokena has been serving up some of the area’s freshest seafood and frying up some of the tastiest chicken. In 2019, Frank’s will have something new to offer customers: an expanded dining room ideal for family dinners.
The restaurant’s expansion is slated for late January. The food menu will not change, though owner Frank Castro has applied for a liquor license to be able to offer customers wine and beer with their meals.
