The Lincoln-Way West cheerleading team continues to make a name for itself.

The Warriors continued their recent resurgence with another Top 10 state finish, placing seventh in the large school division of the IHSA state cheerleading finals, which were held on Friday, Feb. 7 and Saturday, Feb. 8 at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington.

The Warriors placed fourth in the large division last season, after qualifying for state in the medium school division five straight years between 2011-15, capped by a third-place finish in 2015.
