In the first 12 seconds, the tone was set for the rest of the Class 6A quarterfinal game between Providence and Chatham Glenwood.

It was Luke Lehnen’s day, not the Celtics’.

Lehnen did it all. The senior played quarterback and cornerback, returned kicks, punted – and probably drove the bus back to Chatham after the game.

Lehnen’s one-man show started with an 85-yard touchdown return on the opening kickoff and did not end until the Titans were on their way to the semifinals with a 40-16 win Saturday, Nov. 16, in New Lenox.
