The record for the Lincoln-Way Central girl’s basketball team is barely above the .500  mark.

The Knights believe they are a better team than that.

Coming off a nail-biting 2-point loss to Thornwood – the top team in the conference and perhaps the south suburbs – Central took out its frustrations with a 49-24 victory over Thornridge in a SouthWest Suburban Conference Red Division matchup on Thursday evening, Jan. 10 in New Lenox.
