Lincoln-Way West’s softball team is very young, but certainly talented.

That talent has been on display recently as the Warriors have showcased their potential and estbalished themselves as a dangerous team heading into the postseason.

West rolled to a 9-1 win at Lemont on May 13 for its seventh straight victory.

The streak was extended to eight the next day with a 9-3 win over Andrew, before Homewood-Flossmoor snapped it by handing the Warriors a 14-12 defeat on May 15.
